Report a concern
Use Report on the relevant conversation, message, community post or comment. Include the link, what happened, and why it concerns you. For a general concern, use Contact & Support or email racehorseconnect@outlook.com. Do not post private evidence in the public feed. The website is not an emergency-response service or a substitute for law enforcement.
Block unwanted inquiry contact
Use Block in the conversation or account safety tools. Blocking prevents inquiry contact in both directions between those accounts and can be managed from Account Safety. It does not remove publicly available content or establish the real-world identity of the other person. Suspended or banned accounts may lose posting and reply access.
Administrator investigations
Access to a reported inquiry conversation requires an administrator to record a reason; access and moderation actions are logged. Reports, account restrictions and review notes are handled through the safety tools. We do not promise that every message is read in advance, that every report leads to action, or that reports receive an immediate response.
Protect yourself in a transaction
Verify the person’s authority to sell or represent a horse or business. Independently confirm payment instructions and changes to bank details. Review contracts, registration and ownership records, suitability, transport and insurance, and obtain an independent veterinary examination where appropriate. Do not send login codes, passwords or identity documents through a listing inquiry. Report suspected scams instead of continuing payment negotiations.
Appeal or ask for help
If your account or content was restricted, use Request a review. Include the affected username, content link and your explanation. You can email support if you cannot sign in. Do not make a replacement account to get around a restriction.
